Is RV Safe Toilet Paper Important?
But you ask: “What’s the big deal about RV safe toilet paper? Isn’t all toilet paper the same?” It’s not and we created this video to help dispel as much information about how this stuff affects your black tank.
Using the wrong type of toilet paper in your camper can create a problem. A huge problem! A black tank has a 3 or 4 inch opening to release all the yucky stuff from a week of use. Using a toilet paper that is not designed for RV use can create a blockage in the tank. And you can be assured, removing a blockage from a full black tank is not a task you want to tackle.
In the video we test 5 types of toilet paper, 3 household and 2 RV/Marine grade. I think you’ll find the results interesting.
