MORryde Safe T Rail Telescoping RV Hand Rail

I’ve been looking for an improvement for our step railing into our RV to assist Joan when going in out of our 5th wheel. I discovered the MORryde Safe T Rail Telescoping RV Hand Rail at the 2023 Florida RV SuperShow and purchase one to install on our Montana.

Why We Purchased A MORryde Safe T Rail

Joan has lower back issues that affect her mobility when using steps and using those basic fold against the door handrails causes discomfort on the long reach into the 5th wheel. Joan doesn’t need the lateral or side to side strength in a railing as much as something to pull up or support going down. The MORryde Safe T Rail Telescoping RV Hand Rail is a good solution providing a railing beginning at the first step and then folds flat against the 5th wheel when traveling.

Installing the MORryde Safe T Rail

The installation took about an hour and wasn’t difficult when following the easy to read instructions from the package. Suggest having an extra set of hands to hold the MORryde Safe T Rail in place when marking holes and setting screws. Also make sure you have at least two and a quarter inches between the outside door frame and the awning strut for the placement of the top railing bracket.
