Maintaining Your RV Water Heater
Maintaining your RV water heater is very simple and takes less than 30 minutes to complete. Before you begin, determine the manufacture and model of RV water heater installed in your camper and purchase an anode rod for this unit. These can be found at most camping supply stores or online. The anode rod is also known as a sacrificial rod. The rod will attract harmful minerals that can damage your RV water heater and prevent deterioration, extending the life of the tank.
