Joan and I had a long list of features that we wanted in our next 5th wheel. The Keystone Montana 3931FB checked off the entire list.
We had grown tired of the dark interior of our 2014 Gateway. The Montana interior with a two slide living area proves a very relaxing space with cool slate gray woodwork, light gray walls and white counter tops. All the lighting is LED with bright overheads and soft accent LED strips under counter and recessed in the ceiling molding. Having both lighting options gives options for normal use and adds to evening TV viewing at the end of the day.
The Living and Kitchen Area
We now have cabinet space galore. We also have a large pantry along with a second kitchen closet that we are using for pots, pans and appliance storage that can be used for a washer and dryer. The large double door residential refrigerator has filtered water for the ice maker and again, plenty of shelves for our multiple month trips. An expandable dining table with four chairs will serve for meals, plus my work space. Lastly we have a large entertainment center with TV and JBL sound system.
Technology doesn’t stop in with the kitchen. Our Montana 3931FB is equipped with a 200 Watt solar panel to charge the batteries as we travel, hydraulic leveling, central vacuum, USB plugs throughout the 5th wheel, remote controlled Fantastic Fans, and more.
The Master Suite
If there is such a thing as a master suite in a 5th wheel, the Montana 3931FB has one. Large king bed, ample space to make the bed and dress. But the space doesn’t end there with the suite expanding into a master bathroom with double vanity, large shower, dressing area and giant double closet.
