Located on the edge of the mountains, the views were beautiful. There was ample seating out side along with fantastic hosts in sampling room. Those who visit vineyards often talk about one or two of the signature wines sampled. That wasn’t the case at Cottage Vineyard and Winery. Every wine offered was fantastic from the whites, to reds and Joan’s favorites, the fruitier North Georgia grown muscadine offering hints of blackberry and peach.
Over the past several years, North Georgia is making a name for itself for the fantastic wines developed in this region. October is a great time to visit the vineyards and take in the incredible beauty nature has to offer and more so, enjoy some of the great wines found in this area. Joan and I hope you get a chance to visit some of the North Georgia vineyards and the Cottage Vineyard and Winery is a must stop destination.
As always, I Love RV Life, Jerry
